Conservative Treatment of Cervical Pregnancy

Abstract

|
Cervical pregnancy was dignosed at 9 week's gestation in a nulliparous woman presenting with vaginal bleeding. Initial treatment with cervical cerclage and cervical packing was unsuccessful after curettage.
The patient was treated by a Foley catheter with a 20 mL balloon for intracervical tamponde, methotrexate and leucovorin.
